I, a user of the website https://femina.community (including its subdomains, bots, and Telegram messenger platforms, hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, and confirming my legal capacity, hereby provide my consent to the self-employed individual Maria Zyryanova (TIN 744716877490), hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”, to process my personal data under the following conditions:

1. SCOPE OF PERSONAL DATA
I consent to the processing of the following data categories:
  • Identity & Contact Data: Full name; mobile phone number; email address.
  • Technical Data: IP address; cookie identifiers; browser type and version; access time; and Website navigation history.
  • Profile Data: Social media and messenger profile links (Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.); Telegram User ID; and any information provided during the community registration process.

2. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING
The Operator processes personal data to:
  • Register and identify me as a member of the “femina” community.
  • Execute the Public Offer for information and consulting services.
  • Provide access to private community materials, messenger groups, and educational platforms.
  • Respond to inquiries and send notifications regarding new products or special offers (marketing communications).
  • Analyze user behavior to improve Website functionality and user experience.

3. PROCESSING METHODS & PROCEDURES
3.1. I authorize the Operator to perform all necessary actions, including collection, recording, systematization, storage, updates, extraction, usage, transfer (access), anonymization, blocking, and destruction. 
3.2. Processing may be conducted via both automated and manual methods. 
3.3. Cross-border Transfer: I acknowledge and agree that the Operator operates from the State of Israel and may transfer data to this jurisdiction to provide the services. Israel is recognized as a jurisdiction providing adequate protection for the rights of data subjects. 3.4. The Operator shall comply with Russian Federation legislation regarding the primary collection and localization of databases within the territory of the Russian Federation.

4. TERM AND WITHDRAWAL 
4.1. This consent is valid from the moment of provision until the processing purposes are achieved or until the consent is withdrawn. 
4.2. I may withdraw this consent at any time by emailing: support@femina.community. 
4.3. The Operator shall cease processing data within 10 (ten) business days of receiving a withdrawal request. Data destruction shall occur within 30 (thirty) days of achieving the processing purpose or receiving a withdrawal, unless otherwise required by law.
