5.2. Incident Response (Leaks):
  • Notify Roskomnadzor within 24 hours of the incident.
  • Provide internal investigation results to Roskomnadzor within 72 hours.

6. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
6.1. The Subject has the right to receive information about processing, request clarification or destruction of data, and withdraw consent.
6.2. Withdrawal of Consent: Sent via email to support@femina.community. Processing stops within 10 business days. Data destruction occurs within 30 days of achieving the goal or receiving the withdrawal, unless otherwise required by law.

7. DATA TRANSFER TO THIRD PARTIES
7.1. The Operator may transfer data to third parties solely to fulfill obligations:
  • Banking organizations (JSC “T-BANK”) for payments;
  • Technical services (Tilda, email/messenger services, cloud storage) to ensure Resource operation.
7.2. Disclosure to government authorities is strictly in accordance with RF legislation.

9. FINAL PROVISIONS
9.1. The Policy is valid indefinitely until replaced by a new version at https://femina.community.

9.3. The laws of the Russian Federation apply. The place of performance is the Operator's place of registration (Chelyabinsk, Russia).
