- Provide internal investigation results to Roskomnadzor within 72 hours.
6. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE DATA SUBJECT6.1. The Subject has the right to receive information about processing, request clarification or destruction of data, and withdraw consent.
6.2. Withdrawal of Consent: Sent via email to support@femina.community. Processing stops within 10 business days. Data destruction occurs within 30 days of achieving the goal or receiving the withdrawal, unless otherwise required by law.
7. DATA TRANSFER TO THIRD PARTIES7.1. The Operator may transfer data to third parties solely to fulfill obligations:
- Banking organizations (JSC “T-BANK”) for payments;
- Technical services (Tilda, email/messenger services, cloud storage) to ensure Resource operation.
