1. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS- Rightholder — Self-employed individual Maria Zyryanova (TIN 744716877490), author of the methodology and organizer of the Platform.
- The “femina” Community (Platform) — A collection of online resources (website, bots, private chats) created by the Rightholder for interaction between members.
- Circle (Meeting) — An event (online or offline) conducted according to the “femina” Methodology, aimed at mutual support and experience sharing.
- “femina” Methodology — The proprietary system for conducting meetings, scripts, facilitation algorithms, and ethical protocols owned by the Rightholder.
- Guest — An individual who has accessed any Platform resource (website, bot, application) but has not completed registration. Upon access, a Guest acquires the status of a User regarding compliance with confidentiality and intellectual property rules.
- Member (User) — A collective term for Guests, registered members, and Hosts.
- Host (Femina) — A member who has completed mandatory basic training by the Rightholder and is authorized to facilitate Circles.
- P2P (Peer-to-Peer) Interaction — An «equal-to-equal» communication format based on horizontal experience sharing without an “expert-client” hierarchy.
- Emotional Safety — A state of protection and a caring atmosphere within a Circle, ensured by adherence to rules (absence of aggression, judgment, and criticism).
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS2.1. This Agreement defines the rules of conduct within the Community and the terms for using the Rightholder’s intellectual property.
2.2. This Agreement does not regulate financial relations. The procedure for access payments and refunds is detailed in a separate document — the Public Offer.
2.3. Acceptance: The User accepts this Agreement by performing any of the following actions: opening any page of the Website, launching the Platform's chatbot, launching the femina Web App or mobile application, or joining the Community’s private channels/chats. Use of any Platform resource constitutes full and unconditional agreement with the terms of this Agreement.
3. DISCLAIMER: NON-MEDICAL NATURE OF SERVICES3.1. The Platform does not provide medical, psychological, or psychotherapeutic services.
3.2. Meetings are not intended to be therapy or professional consultation. The Rightholder is not responsible for the User's decisions or psycho-emotional state.
4. SAFETY AND CONFIDENTIALITY RULES4.1. Confidentiality Principle: Meetings (Circles) are never recorded. The User is strictly prohibited from audio, video, or photo recording (including screenshots) of the proceedings.
4.2. “The Circle” Principle: Information shared by members must not be disclosed outside of that specific meeting.
4.3. Right to Terminate: The Rightholder reserves the right, independently or through third parties, to immediately restrict a User’s access to the Platform for violations of ethics or emotional safety rules without prior explanation.
5. HOST STATUS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY5.1. The role of a Host requires completing the Rightholder’s basic training to maintain emotional safety standards.
5.2. The “femina” Methodology is the intellectual property of the Rightholder. The use of scripts or algorithms outside the Platform is strictly prohibited.
6. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA6.1. Consent to Processing: From the first interaction with Platform resources (including Guest status), the User provides full and unconditional consent to the collection and processing of the following: Full name, phone number, email address, Telegram User ID, payment information, metadata (IP address, cookies, device and browser data), interaction history with the Platform, support inquiry texts and correspondence history, and user preferences.
6.2. Purposes and Duration: Data is processed to execute this Agreement, provide support, and send event updates. Processing continues until the goals are achieved or the consent is withdrawn.
